Good morning Ms. Lois, I have been doing the affirmations, but I’m not quite sure how I’m supposed to feel all the time. Sometimes it feels like a tug of war. Sometimes it calms me and I believe it, sometimes it just sounds like I’m being a parrot. No matter though, when doubts pop up, I ignore them and I go back the affirmation. I am no longer arguing in my head, I do not engage. Some mornings though, my mind does go into worry mode and I feel the tension in my stomach, but I keep repeating the affirmation.
I now realize that the egoic self really does put up a fight, but I’m not a victim and I’m not fighting with anything. I’m just affirming the truth of who I am and I am victorious over any circumstance. (But is that still just head knowledge)? I think more grace and patience is needed towards myself in this #transformation.

I’m here to share with y’all because y’all are my community! Yes I have been doing the affirmation and wonderful things are happening for me. Today while outside enjoying the chilly breezes and digging up some weeds out my yard, I felt so connected to nature. My higher self let me know that I get to choose what I choose to give my attention to. Yes, I have heard that thousands of times, but it locked in outside. I really got it, not only that as the sun was going down, I started staring at it, I was always taught to never look at the Sun because it could harm you. My God self revealed that it wasn’t true.
As I was staring at the Sun, I said within myself I see a perfect heart and as it vibrated I literally would see this beautiful heart shape coming and going. I have so much more to say, I’m going to stop because this is my experience! I am so very grateful to know, I really get to choose. The affirmation of God and I are one, I can never be separated, all my needs are super abundantly supplied, God is in me and I am in God and giving thanks works, and I will say that I have had the affirmation for months and had it recorded in my voice and would play it in my car, wear headphones as I sleeved with it playing. I had stopped listening to it a couple months ago and started back since the chat. Ms. Lois has said it takes over 10,000 repetitions of the same thought before the brain starts connecting the neurons, so that’s why I have recited it many times and will continue to do so, because it’s amazing! Hi all, I hope everyone is doing well?
I just re-watched our second Zoom call and did the challenge and the 4th lesson.
I have just come to such a revelation. I know I am loved and adored the Source of me has already told me that.
But I have just had an epiphany that the Source wanted to experience this 3D existence as me, a 250 lb middle-aged black woman. Oh my goodness, I never thought that before how uniquely wonderful that is.
I've always had body issues, but today, I have stepped into loving myself so profusely and gratefully.
I have walked around my house just saying I am loved, I am adored, and I am so beautiful because the Source of me said so. The Creator of the Universe has chosen my Form(ME) to be.
I see myself with brand new eyes and a brand new feeling of true self-love.
This is so freeing and liberating. I have been trapped in a body image of dislike my entire life, and now I'm free. I am Divine Beauty.
From now on, I will start my day, and end my day with, '"I love my body, my uniqueness and I am fine just the way I am. I truly am enough".
Wow, I didn't see this coming.

Hello everyone!!! Just came to share. I am still speaking and listening to the affirmation, it has been a blessing. The other day I found $3.78 at the self-checkout and was so grateful for it
I woke up yesterday morning, and fully decided, making a conscious decision to trust the Source of me, and say bye-bye to wavering. I realized and became aware of the ways I that I was wavering and how it hindered my faith and the conviction that l longed to live from. I have discovered that to live in and from abundance is a decision, a choice. It is not a hope, a wish, or a dream that it can happen. It is a conviction, a conscious decision of unwavering faith that God, the very Source of me has already provided and I get to live life from an abundant experience. I once chose lack, subconsciously,
BUT now I am consciously, in my new awareness, choosing abundance and I am not taking NO (not wavering) for an answer. That's it! This is what I am convinced of.

Overthinking and analysis paralysis can hold you back from becoming the best version of you, or being Your True-Self. To achieve this, you must get out of your head, deflating the egoic-self, and focus within on your true divine nature.
